DECEMBER DRILLZ & SKILLZ SERIES! The Level 1 drop in sessions will start with a 30 minute warm up focusing on what muscles will be honed while dancing. Pilates and Yoga techniques will apply....
The 'meat' of these classes will focus on proper posture and arms 'cleaning' them up while focusing on basic belly dance isolation's and footwork.
Please wear excersize clothes with either a tank or sports bra and a hip scarf for accents!Please bring yoga mat or blanket for warm up ********************************************************

DECEMBER DRILLZ & SKILLZ SERIES! The Level 2 drop in classes will begin with a 30 min warm up intensifying the quads and upper body strength used in class. The classes will focus on strengthening the arms and upper body, moving thru the isolations with more travelling and pivot turns. Adding Basic moves with more challenging twists.
Please wear excersize clothes with either a tank or sports bra and a hip scarf for accents!Please bring yoga mat or blanket for warm up

DECEMBER DRILLZ & SKILLZ SERIES! Advanced drop in classes will start with an envigorating warm up that will make you sweat. The Posture and arm positioning is a must! We will practice layered moves with clean upper body alignment while traveling. Some spinning techniques and traveling concepts will be covered. Please bring yoga mat or blanket for an intense warm up
